Sneaker kids, perennial party-goers, the usual hip-hop rabble and a group of 16 year-old Japanese schoolgirls rolled into Melbourne's deliciously dirty dungeon of all things debaucherous, Revolver Upstairs, for the launch of the Sneaker Freaker issue 15.With more Nike SBs and Supra Sky-tops to poke a wet-willy at, things got quickly and nicely out of control. Product giveaways from every man and his dog ensured a superbly humorous stacks-on from all the cheap-skates in the crowd, whilst Woody and co. laughed from the relative safety of the DJ booth and chucked more free shit into the frenzied crowd.
Some lucky punk managed to snuffle a highly limited (and completely sold out) Eric Haze signature G-Shock watch, but reports are that he never managed to get out of the place with his time-piece or all limbs intact - he is allegedly still hiding behind the cognac in the cage above the Revolver bar...
